At Rosemont Elder Law Rachael Collins uses more than a decade of experience in both government agencies and private healthcare companies. She walks clients through long-term care Medicaid applications, helping them understand required documentation, eligibility steps, and agency expectations.

Rachael earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Temple University. While in regional leadership roles she oversaw business office operations and complex Medicaid cases, Fair Hearing preparation and spend down solutions ultimately obtaining eligibility for these difficult cases.

Outside of work, Rachael enjoys creating educational social media content that makes Medicaid easier to understand, as well as spending time with her husband, family (particularly her nephews) and friends, reading, and working on DIY projects.
