Mark Davis is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania Courts and has close to thirty years’ experience in the field of aging and disability services as a legal and public policy advocate. He concentrates his practice in elder law which is comprised of Medicaid Planning, estate planning for individuals and families, estate administration and guardianship. Mark earned his J.D. degree from the James E. Beasley Law School at Temple University in 2000. He also holds both Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts degrees in History.

Mark is recognized for his compassionate approach and commitment to advocating for the rights and well-being of seniors and individuals with disabilities. He regularly presents at professional conferences and community workshops, sharing his expertise to educate others about elder law and estate planning. Mark has established himself as a prominent legal and public policy advocate. Mark and his family live in Jenkintown.
